Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Funny AI (funnyai.io). By creating an account you accept them. If you are using Funny AI for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Funny AI provides API and Playground access to Wan and Seedance video generation models. Available models and their prices are listed on our model and pricing pages and may change as model vendors add, change or retire models.

Your accountCopy heading link

You are responsible for everything done with your API key. Keep it secret, rotate it if it leaks, and tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. One person or company per account; do not resell access to your key without a written agreement with us.

BillingCopy heading link

• Funny AI is prepaid: you top up a balance in USD and each request is charged at the listed price for the model you call.
• You are charged when a result is delivered. A request that fails is not charged.
• Balance is not a deposit and does not earn interest. Unless the law says otherwise, top-ups are non-refundable once spent.
• Prices can change. Changes take effect for requests made after they are published.

Acceptable useCopy heading link

Do not use Funny AI to break the law or to attack the availability or security of our systems. You must not generate, upload or distribute:

• sexual or NSFW content, including pornography and explicit nudity;
• violent or gory content, including threats and glorification of violence;
• hate speech, harassment or content that dehumanizes protected groups;
• any content that sexualizes minors, including child sexual abuse material;
• deepfakes or content that impersonates a real person to deceive others;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property.

You must also follow the usage rules of the model you call and must not try to bypass its safety restrictions.

Content moderation and reportingCopy heading link

Playground requests are subject to automated text and image checks. If a required check rejects a request or cannot complete, that request is not sent for video generation. These input checks do not establish that every video, audio reference or generated output has been reviewed.

Funny AI support manually reviews reports about prompts, reference material and generated videos against the acceptable-use rules above. This report-based review does not mean that every output is reviewed by a person before delivery.

To report a violation, email [email protected] with REPORT at the start of the subject line. Include the task ID or output URL, the rule you believe was violated, where you encountered the content and any relevant context. You may also report unauthorized use of your likeness, voice or copyrighted work. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material; identify its location instead.

Our review process is:

1. Receive and prioritize. We acknowledge the report and assess its urgency. Child safety, terrorism and credible threats to life take priority.
2. Review the evidence. We use the task ID or URL to locate the relevant task and account, review available content and supporting evidence, and request more information when needed. A report alone does not establish a violation.
3. Limit ongoing harm. We may temporarily restrict access to content or suspend an account while investigating a serious risk.
4. Decide and act. Confirmed violations may result in a warning, removal or disabling of content under our control, suspension of API keys, or account termination, depending on severity and repetition. We report matters to the competent authorities when required by law.
5. Notify and follow up. We tell the reporter and affected account holder the outcome where legally permitted, without disclosing the reporter's identity to the reported account unless required by law. If more time or information is needed, we explain the next step.

To appeal a decision, email [email protected] with APPEAL at the start of the subject line, your account email, the relevant task ID or decision notice, and why you believe the decision was incorrect. We re-examine the evidence and any new information, notify you of the outcome and correct restrictions that were imposed in error.

You keep the rights you have in what you send and in what a model returns for you, subject to the model vendor's terms. You are responsible for checking that the output is suitable for your use. You grant us only the permission needed to transmit your request, deliver the result, keep records of the transaction and review reported violations of these terms.

Availability and liabilityCopy heading link

We work to keep Funny AI available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and model vendors can fail or change behaviour without notice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you spent on Funny AI in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending the agreementCopy heading link

You can stop using Funny AI at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to close.
